
On the occasion of Maha Kumbh, the number of passengers in trains arriving at Prayagraj Junction is continuously increasing. To avoid cross movement of passengers at the station, the railway administration has once again implemented the one-way system at Prayagraj Junction. This system came into effect from 8 am on Friday. Actually, on Thursday, the crowd of passengers increased significantly at Prayagraj station. During this time, the railway also implemented the emergency plan. In view of the heavy movement of passengers, the railway issued an order to implement the one-way system from Friday on the lines of all the bathing festivals. North Central Railway Prayagraj Division PRO Amit Kumar Singh said that one-way movement will be in force from 8 am on Friday till further orders. Passengers traveling with unreserved tickets will be given entry from the passenger shelter located on the city side and passengers with reserved tickets will be given entry from gate number five. Exit of passengers will be from the gate located on the Civil Lines side.
